OLED (Organic Light Emitting Display, Chinese name organic light emitting display) refers to the phenomenon of an organic semiconductor material and a light-emitting material driven by an electric field, resulting in light emitting through carrier injection and recombination.
 
 
 
Generally speaking, OLED can be divided into two types by light-emitting material: small-molecule OLED and POLYMER OLED (also known as PLED).

 
OLED materials mainly consist of two parts: light-emitting materials and base materials, which account for about 30% of the material cost of OLED screens. OLED luminescent materials mainly include red subject/object material, green subject/object material, blue subject/object material and so on. OLED general materials mainly include electron transport layer ETL, electron injection layer EIL, hole injection layer HIL, hole transport layer HTL, hole barrier layer HBL, electron barrier layer EBL, etc. With the optimization of device structure, the types of materials are constantly increasing. The organic light emitting layer material and transport layer material are the key materials of OLED.
 
 
OLED luminescent materials are successively synthesized from chemical raw materials into intermediates and crude monomers, and then purified by sublimation. China is the world's leading producer of OLED intermediates/crude monomers. The patents of light-emitting materials are mostly held by companies from the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany and other countries. Under the pressure of cost, these companies generally outsource part of the production of OLED intermediates/crude monomers.
